Which E-Z-GO to choose

If you want gas, E-Z-GO is the widest choice in our line: the Valor, Freedom RXV, Express 6 and Express S4 all offer the 13.5-hp engine, and the Express S4 is gas only. The Valor at $8,974 is the cheapest new E-Z-GO. E-Z-GO publishes range as a variable rather than a figure, so the product pages say “varies” rather than quoting a number the maker does not.

What we tell you before you order

Freight is a flat $250 to any address we ship to, shown in the total before you pay; delivery is 7 to 10 business days by lift-gate freight. Returns are accepted within 30 days on an unregistered, undamaged cart; return freight is the customer’s responsibility and there is no restocking fee. A cart marked on backorder can be ordered now; ask us for the ETA before you pay and we will confirm it in writing.

Who makes E-Z-GO golf carts, and where are they made?

E-Z-GO has been part of Textron since 1960, and its vehicles are designed and built by Textron Specialized Vehicles. It began in 1954 in a one-room machine shop in Augusta, Georgia, and says it builds its vehicles at its Augusta headquarters today. Sources: E-Z-GO.

Do you sell the E-Z-GO TXT or Freedom TXT?

No. The E-Z-GO models we list are Express 6, Express L6 (pre-owned), Express S2 (pre-owned), Express S4, Express S6 (pre-owned), Freedom RXV, RXV 2 (pre-owned), RXV 4 (pre-owned) and Valor. The TXT, Freedom TXT and Liberty are not in our line, and we hold no pre-owned unit of them; if that changes, the model will appear on this page with its own record. Our guide to where the Precedent, DS and TXT stand today shows what each maker lists in their place. For a cart in the same class, ask us and we will say plainly what we can and cannot source.
