Coverage periods by brand
Each manufacturer sets its own terms, and they differ by component. These are the new-vehicle terms each maker publishes, as we read them on 2026-10-05; the maker’s own warranty document governs, and we confirm the term on your cart in writing before you order. Pre-owned carts carry whatever remains of the original term, if anything.

02
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, on the components and for the periods the manufacturer states.
03
What is not covered
Wear items, damage from misuse, accident, modification, overloading, improper charging or storage, and any use the manufacturer excludes.
04
Parts, labor and freight
Parts are covered as the manufacturer states. Whether labour is covered depends on the model; ask us in writing before you order. Freight on warranty parts is confirmed case by case, in writing, before we dispatch anything.
05
Registration
On a new cart, warranty registration is included and is recorded against your order once delivery is confirmed. Pre-owned carts carry whatever remains of the manufacturer term, if any — we will tell you in writing what is left before you order rather than imply a fresh warranty.
06
How to start a return or claim
Use the contact form or the address in the footer with your order number, the cart model and a description of the fault or the reason for return. We reply within one business day with the next step and, where a return is agreed, written instructions before anything is collected. Do not ship a cart back without those instructions.
07
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange inspection and liaise with the manufacturer.
