Regions served
We ship within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States.

Delivery time
Delivery is 7 to 10 business days from order, anywhere we ship. That window covers preparing the cart and the freight transit, not one on top of the other. You receive a dispatch confirmation when the cart leaves.

Carriers
Carts move by freight carrier, not parcel, on a lift-gate trailer with a booked delivery appointment.

Freight cost
Freight is a flat $250 to any address we ship to, shown in the total before you pay. It covers a lift-gate trailer and a scheduled delivery appointment.

Delivery appointments
The freight desk contacts you to arrange an appointment window. Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the cart.

Inspecting your delivery
Inspect the cart before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and photograph it while the driver is present.

Damaged, delayed or lost shipments
Report damage on the day of delivery. We manage the carrier claim on your behalf. Delays outside our control are communicated as soon as the carrier notifies us.
