What do street-legal and utility carts cost?
The 7 carts whose manufacturer record carries an LSV rating run $6,695 to $13,999 (see street-legal golf carts). Utility carts (17) run $5,999 to $19,987.
What is included in the price, and what is not?
The price is the cart as the maker ships it, with the specification on its product page. Freight is $250 flat, 7 to 10 business days, lift-gate delivery with a booked appointment. Not included: state registration or titling for a low-speed vehicle, insurance, a home charger installation, and any accessory the product page does not list. Sales tax applies where the law requires it.
How do we set prices?
Each price is the price we charge for that unit. New carts are priced from the maker’s figures; pre-owned carts are priced from used-market data and their product page says so. If a cart is on backorder, the price shown is the price you pay when it ships, and we confirm the ETA in writing before you transfer anything. The figures above are regenerated from the catalog, not typed in.
Two next steps: the cart finder narrows the line to what your use needs, and compare carts puts any two side by side on price and specification.
