Definitions
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean terraingolfcarts; “you” means the customer placing an order.

Products and information
We describe every cart from the product record. Specifications are the manufacturer’s. Where a figure is unverified it is shown as not specified rather than estimated.

Pricing and orders
Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

Payment, delivery and risk
No card is charged when you place the order. You see the full total, including the freight line, before you confirm; we then send an invoice with our bank details and the cart is reserved once the transfer clears. Title and risk pass on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates communicated in good faith. We may cancel and refund an order that remains unpaid past the period stated on the invoice.

Returns and warranty
The return and warranty policies form part of these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.

Intellectual property
Site content is owned by terraingolfcarts or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Roadworthiness and local law
We make no representation that any cart is road-legal in your jurisdiction. Confirming local requirements is your responsibility.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
